影响水稻种子活力的储藏因素分析Analysis on storage factors affecting rice seed vigor

摘要(Abstract):
水稻种子活力的高低影响翌年播种质量,而储藏因素与种子活力密切相关。本文介绍了从水稻储藏期间种子活力的生理代谢变化、种子内储藏物质、遗传因素、环境因素和储藏时间等方面的研究进展,分析了影响水稻种子活力的因素,探讨了低温、干燥的储藏条件对于保持水稻种子活力的重要性,并从水稻种子安全角度,提出水稻种子储藏技术研究应把品种作为前提,深入开展生理代谢差异性的研究,注重探讨脂肪氧化酶(LOX)对水稻种子耐储性的影响,在研究手段上应将常规实验方法与分子生物学实验方法结合。
